The On Air sign, with the typical flashy big red letters, was first used at radio stations where the transmission was literally send on the air waves. It was mainly used to make aware that a live show was being broadcasted and silence was required. The artwork is an accurate reproduction of this classic radio station sign. The big bold letters are made with different vector techniques to give the words the illuminated Switched On effect. For all old time radio fans and those who do not want to be disturbed.
